Based on the principles, ideas, and practices included in the book "The Main Meal: The New Perspective on Weight Loss" the Weight Management Group (WMG) is designed to facilitate and encourage people who want to change or maintain their body size.  We focus on weekly exercises to build self-esteem and positive body image, with some tips and hints for managing food plans and physical exercise.

Betty Brink has lived her life in many different stages, wearing many different hats. She attended 3 separate colleges, and was eventually awarded an MBA on her 40th birthday. She has lived in four different states and, in her own words, has "worked every job in the history of man, except the oldest profession."
