I woke up from a dream that I was in school, a college classroom. The professor was about to start announcing who had passed the test. Before he started talking, I knew I had not passed. He started with the people who had passed outright. Then he went on to the ones he had given the benefit of the doubt, and so had given passing grades. For me, there was nothing said, and no allowances made. I had not passed.
What you will read on the blog pages will give you some insight into the motivation that drove me to write a book, "The Main Meal: The New Perspective on Weight Loss." Writing the book inspired me to write more, and so I started blogging in June of 2013. Looking back I found that most of my blogs fall into three main topics: Being Present, Loving Yourself, and Renewal, and that's what the Main Meal is all about. It's about being present to what is most important in my life, renewing my sense of self-worth and confidence in every moment, and loving myself just as I am.

I talk a lot about personal responsibility and making choices at every juncture and moment of my life. The scientific world is validating the metaphysical concept that our thoughts create our reality, and that what we believe and desire is what is manifest in our lives. I have been conscious of this reality for many years. My practice of focusing on the positive in my life to attract joy and love has certainly made a huge difference in my life. In many ways, I am very good at manifesting what I need and desire.
